Natural Home made treatment that woks for Acne

It is true that natural way takes a little time to cure a problem, but usually it is cheaper and better for you. Here is a very detailed list of all acne and pimples home remedy that you can carry out within your daily routine.

1. Garlic: Peel and mash eight cloves of fresh garlic. Apply to face avoiding the area around the eyes. Leave on for about 15 minutes. Wash off with a warm cloth. Finish with a rinse of the vinegar pH balancer.

2. Make a face pack of bran plus baking soda and water. Mix into a paste, apply to the face, leaving on for 15 minutes. Rinse with solution of 1 part apple cider vinegar and 8 parts water.

5. After washing skin rinse with any of the following herb infusions:
a) chamomile which is purifying
b) yarrow to eliminate toxins
c) catnip which is an antiseptic
d) lavender which is antiseptic
e) thyme which is a strong germ killer

6. Turmeric paste mixed with chana dal powder or whole wheat flour is very effective home made acne treatment. Haldi powder mixed with sugarcane juice helps to remove pimples.

7. Mint: Peppermint is an excellent antiseptic wash for acne.

Some other effective and commonly used home made recopies for treatment of pimples, acne and blackheads are listed below:

** Dilute some lemon juice with water, dab pimple with solution to kill germs, cool inflammation and improve blood circulation.

** Wash your face twice a day in warm salty water. This should leave your face oil free without aggravating the acne.

** Extract juice of one lemon and mix with equal quantity of rose water. Apply this mixture on the face and let it stay for about half an hour. Wash the face with fresh water. About 15 days application helps cure pimples and reduces blemishes and scars.

** Never be tempted to go to sleep without cleansing your face.
