--------------------------------->>A Lesson in Hand Washing
Hand washing is the single most important thing you can do to prevent spreading disease. (yes, there is a right way!!)

1. Remove rings and bracelets. Bacteria lurk underneath, studies show.
2. Lather up with soap and warm water. Cold water works too, but warm water helps soap do its job faster.
3. Keep a nailbrush at the sink. Use it to scrub under your nails (a toothbrush will also do)
4. Rub your hands together vigorously for a minimum of 20 seconds. Don’t ignore knuckles and backs of hands. The soap and friction of scrubbing combine to break the bonds between the bacteria and the surface oils on your skin.
5. Rinse well under cool running water. The physical force of the water carries the loosened bacteria down the drain. Dry hands with a paper towel.
