How to Trim Your Own Hair

A visit to the salon for trimming your hair may be costing you more than what youTrim Your Hair want to shell out every month or in cases of extraordinary hair growth, every 15 days. You can save greatly on your personal maintenance by learning to trim your own hair. Trimming you own hair seems to be next to impracticable and majority of the people choose not to trim their hair on their own. However, unlike trendy perception, it is rather easy to trim your hair at home, without any professional assist, provided you have the endurance for it, since it’s a time consuming process.

Step by step instructions to trim your own hair :-

Initially spray your hair with a little water to make them wet.

Then hold about 10-13 section of hair by clipping the ease of the hair with a clip over your head.

Hair Trimming Tips :-

  • Always use a sharp scissor while trimming your hair. If the scissors are not sharp they might injure your hair giving space to divide ends.
  • Trim your hair though you do not find slip ends. It is easy to detect divides ends on straight hair than textured hair.
  • Comb your hair and form separate parts. Try for smaller sections, as they are simple to trim. The basic parts are to be at minimum front top, every side, back top and back bottom.
  • If your hair is layered, you need to split sections for each of the layers. You have to focus on one section at a time, to trim your hair suitably and not let the cut go uneven.
  • Start trimming from the side of your face or from the section you are most cozy with. For this, you require to pull the hair tightly between your initially and middle finger, until you near the end of the strands.
  • Now, reach for the extra section and trim down the similar length. You can also hold a little of the previously-trimmed part with the one you are trimming now, to know where to cut from and how much to cut.
  • Now dry your hair, if it is still damp and any uneven strands will be simply visible once the hair is dry. Trim them to bring them to the length of the ease of your hair.

How to Trim Your Own Hair With Clippers :-

Comb this damp hair back and split it into different sections, by clipping your top hair with the help of clippers.

You will have to either wash your hair and get it towel-dried or spray some water on it through a spray bottle to make it moist.
