Hair Braids - braid hair style, black hair style braidsBasic Braid Hair StyleWhen removing braids, the best method involves coating braids with conditioner and gently unraveling them one by one. A warm shower with normal shampoo and conditioner products should restore hair to its usual texture and appearance. Braiding does involve a bit of a learning curve. But once you've got it down, you can put a braid in someone's hair or your own hair in a matter of minutes. Braiding will become much easier with continued practice. There are several kinds of braids in which you pick up more hair and add it to the braid as you work. How to Braids Hair ( easy steps)Begin with clean, dry hair. To get your braid hair style you first have to divide tangle-free hair into three even sections. Cross the left strand over the center strand so the left strand becomes the new center strand. Do the same for the right strand and repeat until the braid is as long as you like. Place the left section between your left index finger and thumb, let the middle section hang free and place the right section between your right index finger and thumb. Use the left middle finger to pull the middle section behind the left section. Shift the portion of hair hooked in the right middle finger so it sits between the right index finger and thumb. Continue until you achieve the desired length of the braid. Make a tighter, more compact braid by pulling the middle section into a horizontal line as you pull it to the right or left. Finish with an elastic band and insert the hairstick to add interest. . You may discover a technique better suited to your individual style. Hair Braids style tips
French, African and Black Hair Braids StyleHow to french braid hair When the new hair is brought up and over the braid when it is added, it is a french braid. Instead of beginning with three strands that incorporate all your hair, the French braid begins with a thin ponytail skimmed from the top layer of hair. It can be done in two styles, the overbraid which creates the classic woven appearance of a French braid, or the Dutch Braid (sometimes called an underbraid or inverted braid) which creates a braided rope that sits on top of the hair. African and Black Hair Braids StyleMany women and some men choose to don the tiny braids that often reveal their most recent escape from corporate life. Some important hair and scalp care is necessary for those donning the stylish braids. Dabbing a bit of sunblock on the scalp is critical to preventing sunburn. When shampooing , wearers of the braids should not shampoo the braids directly, but rather the scalp, allowing the suds to soak down the braids. To keep braids in great condition longer, a light coat of conditioner on each one should do just the trick. |
