Exercising in a group can help to adhere to the schedule strictly. 4. If your body has been out of movement fro a long period of time, start by going for a brisk walk. Begin your exercising programme after one week of walking. 5. Exercising for a short duration everyday is better than a long schedule once a week. 6. start by exercising for 5 to 10 minutes daily and increase the duration gradually as you go along. 7. Never exercise immediately after a meal, or just before bedtime. 8. A morning exercise schedule is best. It's a goo way of starting your day and leaves you free. In the evening you can go for a brisk walk, or do some relaxation exercises.
