BREATHE GIRL!
It is important to cleanse the blood-stream through oxygenation.
By inhaling and exhaling properly, you are expelling stale air and
replenishing your body with fresh air which energizes and revitalizes
your system. Eventually the time you take to perform the sequence
of movements will decrease, but make sure you don't lose the efficiency
with which you perform each exercise.
DO YOU KNOW THE A,B,C,D..
OF GOOD HEALTH! If not then REPEAT AFTER ME NOW..

cream, salad dressing, whole milk and cheese, must either be avoid
totally or substituted with non-fattening options such as olive oil,
fructose and no-fat milk and milk-products.
Goals
must be charted out. Plan your work, and then work your plan. How
much exercise., how often, what type, what duration, food habits,
etc. Work this out with the help of a qualified fitness professional
or a nutritionist, or both.
Healthy
habits are the key to long term fat loss. Drink more water,
don't overeat, don't keep large gaps in between meals and eat more
fresh fruits and raw vegetables.
Injuries
during exercise. can happen for a number of reasons- an inadequate
warm-up/cool-down routine, improper footwear, an un resilient floor,
inadequate instruction and supervision. So, be careful.
Juggle
your workouts. Take on a large variety of activities that
you can rotate. This is called cross training. Join a fitness center
which offers a large variety of routines - walking, cycling, swimming,
stair climbing, jumping rope, skating etc.

and kick-boxing are also great ways of getting and keeping
in shape. They're also great stress busters.

fun to your workouts. Learn a new skill, get better coordinated
and turn a few heads on the dance floor!
